I can create  a portrait from any size photo, I prefer no smaller than your standard 4X6. Please send a clear photo of your pet the better the photo the nicer your portrait. You may send more than one photo for reference. If your photo is a one of a kind I would suggest taking a copy of it and sending me the copy. 

All photos and reference material will be returned with the completed order.

Sorry I cannot do any portraits from photos that have been copywritten. 

Please fill out the order form completely. As I cannot process any orders that do not have the initial 50% deposit.  Payments may be made by check or money order only. Checks will require 7 days for processing.

Once I have received your order I will notify you either by email (1st choice) or phone that I have received it. At that time I will ask you any questions I may have regarding your order.  Once the portrait is complete I will notify you that it is done and what your balance will be including the shipping charges.  A photo image of the finished portrait can be either emailed to you or sent via USPS for your final approval. Once approved the full balance of your order will be due. Once received I will ship your order via USPS standard delivery.

Order time will vary depending upon the type of medium you have requested.  Generally your order should ship within 5-6 weeks.

Due to the drying time required Oil paintings may take longer.

 Any orders needed for the holidays must be placed no later than October 15th to ensure delivery .
